Payment Instructions: We reserve the right to not issue a bidder number or to withhold merchandise if appropriate credit has not been established.  Buyers will be invoiced for all purchases plus a 10% buyer’s premium immediately following the sale. The credit card on file will be processed for the invoice total on all open invoices unless other payment arrangements have been made. All sales are Final. All bidders must be at least 18 years of age. 

No Chargeback Policy:  Purchasers agree that disputes of any nature may not be resolved by a credit card chargeback and further agree to refrain from filing any chargeback claim against Hanson Realty and Auction Co. Inc. and/or its credit card merchant.  By purchasing at Hanson Realty and Auction Co. Inc., the purchaser waives the right to initiate a chargeback and furthermore agrees to pay a minimum of $500 plus all administrative fees, costs, attorney fees, and/or any other charges associated with responding to said chargeback due to the administrative burden or responding to said dispute.

SPECIAL TERMS FOR FIREARMS and AMMUNITION ** PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BIDDING!

Terms and Conditions for Firearms Bidding and Purchase: All ATF and FFL laws and regulations apply. You must be 18 years of age to purchase a long gun and 21 years of age to purchase a handgun. You MUST present a valid, government issued ID and proof of residence at pick-up. No firearm sales to Alaska, Hawaii or California and Washington D.C.

If you cannot legally possess a firearm, please do not bid. Failing a NICS background check or the inability to take possession of a firearm WILL NOT negate your responsibilities. As the winning bidder you are contractually bound to pay Hanson Realty and Auction Company Inc. for all items regardless of your ability to take possession.

Onsite Pickup: Winning bidders of all firearms MUST pass a TBI background check before the transaction can be completed. The cost of the transaction, passed or denied, is $20 for the first gun, and $10 per each additional gun, payable in CASH at the time of the background check. If the transaction is denied, an appeal from the buyer may be filed with the TBI. The person registered to bid in the auction MUST be the purchaser. NO EXCEPTIONS! NO STRAW PURCHASES!

Bidder will be responsible to have firearms inspected by a competent gunsmith to determine firearms caliber and integrity before firing any firearm.

In accordance with the Child Safety Lock Act of 2005, all handguns must include a “secure gun storage or safety device” before leaving the FFL location. Please bring a lockable case or gun lock (trigger lock or cable lock) with you, or plan to purchase a lock from us for $5.00 plus tax.

*Online/Out-of-State Bidders: Firearms will be shipped to the buyer’s designated FFL dealer ONLY. No local pick-up available for out-of-state buyers.  Within 72 hours of purchase, Hanson Realty & Auction Co., Inc. must receive a copy of the receiving FFL dealer’s license at staff@hansonrealtyandauction.com. No firearms will ship without confirmation from the designated FFL dealer that they will be available to receive the shipment. No firearm sales to Alaska, Hawaii, or California and Washington D.C.

To lawfully transfer a firearm to an unlicensed person who resides out of State, the firearm must be shipped to an FFL within the recipient’s State of residence. He or she may then receive the firearm from the FFL upon completion of ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check.  It is the buyer’s responsibility to know BEFORE BIDDING if the item can be legally shipped to their location. Firearms must be shipped to licensed FFL; the receiving dealer may at their discretion charge a fee for their service of receiving the firearm and completing the face-to-face transfer. All firearms are shipped with Adult Signature and Insurance Required. Hanson Realty and Auction Company Inc. will package and deliver to the commercial carrier. Packages lost or stolen while in the custody of the commercial carrier are not the responsibility of Hanson Realty and Auction Company Inc. and in such event the Buyer will be responsible to seek resolution directly with the commercial carrier.  All ammunition must be shipped via UPS Ground. Firearms will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Hanson Realty and Auction Co., Inc. uses USPS to ship firearms and UPS to ship ammunition purchased. Firearms and ammunition shipping costs will be charged to the buyer at actual cost plus a $10 packaging fee per box.

In the event multiple firearms are purchased, items will be packed and consolidated as much as possible to reduce shipping costs. Ammunition will ship separately.

Items will be shipped within 7 days after FFL has been verified and payment received. No magazine fed semi-automatic firearms or ammunition will be shipped to states that prohibit such weapons or have high-capacity magazine bans. No firearms or ammunition will be shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States.

You must be 21 years or older to purchase ammunition. Ammunition must ship UPS ground. Due to safety considerations and legal/regulatory reasons, Ammunition may not be returned. Please check local laws before ordering. By purchasing Ammunition in our online auction, you certify you are of legal age and satisfy all federal, state and local legal/regulatory requirements to purchase this Ammunition.

No ammunition shipped to the following states: California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island and Washington D.C.

Loose ammunition, not in the original manufacturer’s packaging, is potentially reloaded ammunition. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factors. Reloaded ammunition is sold for components only. Buyers of loose ammunition or reloaded ammunition are required to sign a Buyer’s Affidavit Release and Wavier at the time of pickup. We do not ship loose ammunition.

Ammunition and firearms WILL NOT ship together in one box.

**IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW YOUR STATE LAWS AND REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION. NO REFUNDS** If unable to pass the background check after appeal, the item(s) will be forfeited with NO REFUND.

Hanson Realty and Auction Co., Inc. uses USPS to ship firearms and or UPS to ship ammunition purchased.  For small items under 70 lbs. that are not ammunition, we will ship via USPS.  Firearms and ammunition shipping costs will be charged to the buyer at actual cost plus a $10 packaging fee per box.

Shipping Instructions: Hanson Realty & Auction Co. will facilitate all shipping. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Non-payment of S&H charges within 7 days will result in forfeit. We do not provide local delivery services. Buyer will be charged actual shipping, insurance and a $ 10/box handling fee, which includes: boxing and packing materials. All items shipped must be insured for the full value of the item. Hanson Realty & Auction Co. accepts no responsibility for items damaged in shipping.

Shipping and handling will be billed under a separate invoice.

Pick-up: Buyers are responsible for arranging their own pick-up.  Hanson Realty & Auction Co., Inc. does not provide local delivery services. Pick-up is available for local buyers Wednesday September 2nd Noon to 3:00pm (central), Thursday, September 3rd 10:00am to 4:00pm, 2026, and Friday, September 4th, 2026 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm , by APPOINTMENT ONLY.   All purchases for pick-up must be scheduled during those hours. Items not retrieved during the scheduled pick-up time will be assessed a $ 5.00/day storage fee plus a $ 25 appointment fee to schedule a later pick-up. Any purchase not picked-up by 3:00pm on Friday, September 11th, 2026 will be forfeited, resold and NO REFUND will be awarded.

For pick-up, buyers will need to bring a copy of their invoice and all packing materials, tie-downs, and labor. Hanson Realty and Auction Co., Inc. cannot provide moving or loading labor. We do not provide any local delivery services. Please read all Terms and Shipping Information carefully.

Hanson Realty & Auction Company, Inc. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS-IS and that they may not return any item they purchase.

Under no circumstances shall Bidder make any kind of claim against Hanson Realty & Auction Company, Inc. or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Hanson Realty & Auction Company, Inc. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Hanson Realty & Auction Company, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
