Payment Instructions: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept cash or local check with prior approval. We reserve the right to not issue a bidder number or to withhold merchandise if appropriate credit has not been established. Payment of purchases is due by noon the day following the end of the sale. Buyers will be invoiced for all purchases plus a 15% buyer’s premium and applicable sales tax immediately following the sale. The credit card on file will be processed for the invoice total on all open invoices at noon on the day following close of the sale unless other payment arrangements have been made before noon on the day following close of the sale. All sales are Final. All bidder must be at least 18 years of age. All purchases through Proxibid.com will be assessed an 15% buyer’s premium. The credit card used at registration will be charged the total of your purchases, plus the buyer’s premium and sales tax as specified above unless we are notified before 12 noon on Monday, July 24, 2019 of other payment arrangements. This auction is a mixed Estate & Consignment Auction; therefore, sales tax will be assessed at a rate of 9.75% to TN buyers on consigned items as referenced in the item title. Terms: All sales are “AS-IS, Where Is”. Buyer must rely on their own judgment, knowledge and inspection in making purchasing decision. Inspection period is scheduled for June 21st from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm (central) at the Hanson Realty & Auction Co. office; or by appointment. Hanson Realty & Auction Co., Inc. will facilitate all shipping. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Hanson Realty & Auction Co., Inc. does not provide local delivery services. For small items under 70 lbs., we will ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS. Buyer will be charged actual shipping and insurance charges plus a $ 10/box handling fee which will include: boxing, packing materials, and up to $ 100 insurance. Additional insurance will be added to the shipping charges equal to the value of the item(s) packed. All items shipped must be insured for the full value of the item. Hanson Realty & Auction Co., Inc. accepts no responsibility for items damaged in shipping. Unless otherwise specified by the purchaser, Hanson Realty will ship via FedEx. Pick-up is available on Monday, June 24 from 3-5:30 pm or Tuesday, June 25 from 10:00am – 4:00pm (central) ONLY. All purchases for pick-up must be scheduled during those hours. We cannot store items to arrange pick-up. Items not retrieved during the scheduled pick-up time will be assessed a $ 5.00/day storage fee plus a $ 25 appointment fee to schedule a later pick-up. Any purchases not picked-up by 3:00pm on July 3, 2019 will be forfeited, resold and NO REFUND will be awarded. For pick-up, buyers will need to bring a copy of their paid receipt and all packing materials, tie-downs, and labor. Hanson Realty and Auction Co., Inc. cannot provide moving or loading labor. All property is sold “AS IS”, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is available for public inspection at the scheduled inspection date and times. Inspection for this auction is scheduled for Friday, June 21st from 2:00 – 5:00 pm (central), or by scheduled appointment. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factors. Hanson Realty & Auction Company, Inc. may attempt to describe the merchandise but makes no representations. In no event shall Hanson Realty & Auction Company, Inc. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. All sales are final. Bidders who bid from off-site at our online auctions, understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Terms and Conditions for Firearms Bidding and Purchase: All ATF and FFL laws and regulations apply. You must be 18 years of age to purchase a long gun and 21 years of age to purchase a handgun. You MUST present a valid, government issued ID and proof of residence. OnsitePickup: Winning bidders of all firearms MUST pass a TBI background check before the transaction can be completed. The cost of the transaction, passed or denied, is $10 payable in cash at the time of the background check. If the transaction is denied, an appeal from the buyer may be filed with TBI. The person registered to bid in the auction MUST be the purchaser. NO EXCEPTIONS! NO STRAW PURCHASES! Online/Out of State Bidders: Firearms will be shipped to your designated FFL dealer ONLY. A copy of your FFL, or the dealer you want to have your firearms shipped to, must be provided prior to shipment of the firearms. Hanson Realty and Auction Co., Inc. uses FedEx. Guns will be shipped at a flat rate of $35 per gun for long guns and $20 per gun for handguns. In the event multiple firearms are purchased, items can be packed and consolidated as much as possible to reduce shipping costs. Ammunition will NOT be shipped with firearms. It will ship separately. Call for details. Items will be shipped within 14 business days after FFL has been verified and payment received. No magazine fed semi-automatic firearm will be shipped to states that prohibit such weapons or high capacity magazine bans. **IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KNOW YOUR STATE LAWS AND REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION. NO REFUNDS** No firearms or ammunition will be shipped outside the 48 contiguous United States. If unable to pass the background check after appeal, the item(s) will be resold at your expense. If payment is not made for firearms or ammunition within 10 days of the end of the auction, the items will be forfeited and resold at your expense. NO EXCEPTIONS.
