 auction MUST be the purchaser. NO EXCEPTIONS! Onsite Pickup:
  Winning bidders of all firearms MUST pass a background ch
 eck before the transaction can be completed. You MUST prese
 nt a valid\, government issued ID and proof of residence at p
 ick-up. Background checks are completed at Hanson Realty an
 d Auction Company Inc. The cost of the transaction\, passed o
 r denied\, is $20 for the first gun\, and $10 for each additio
 nal gun\, payable in CASH at the time of the background check
 .  Please Do Not bid if you cannot pass a background check 
 to legally possess a firearm.  No firearms will ship withou
 t confirmation from the designated FFL dealer that they will
  be available to receive the shipment.  Hanson Realty & Au
 ction Co.\, Inc. must receive a copy of the receiving FFL dea
 ler’s license at staff@hansonrealtyandauction.com.  Onlin
 e/Out-of-State Bidders: Firearms will be shipped to the buye
 r’s designated FFL dealer ONLY. No local pick-up available
  for out-of-state buyers.  Out of state buyers may be requi
 red to pay by wire transfer depending on the amount of their
  invoice.   All sales are “AS-IS\, Where Is”. Buyer mus
 t rely on their own judgment\, knowledge and inspection in ma
 king purchasing decision. Buyer is responsible to verify the
  safety and integrity of all firearms before use. It is the
  Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition\, age\, genu
